Penzion nad halou (Pension above the hall) is situated in a quiet part of small town Lázně Kynžvart, in Cheb district of the Karlovy Vary region, in the middle of a spa triangle of Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně and Františkovy Lázně.     

The town Lázně Kynžvart was formated in the 13th century at the foot of the Slavkovský les. It is part of four areas in the Czech Republic that have unique climatic conditions and they have been recognized by the Ministry of the Health of the Czech Republic as a curative natural resource. The spa helps to cure upper respiratory tract and problems with skin.    

Lázně Kynžvart and its surroundings offers a wide range of possibilities for sport, tourist and cultural activities. 

There is a cash machine, post office, shop, bus and train stop, doctor, petrol station, sports hall, football playground, children's playgrounds, swimming pool etc.in the town.
